Wykonanie:
- Zalewamy grzyby wodą, gotujemy do miękkości. Odcedzamy.
- Oddzielamy żółtka od białek.
- Ubijamy białka ze szczyptą soli na sztywną pianę.
- Następnie ubijamy żółtka do białości
- Dodajemy żółtka do białek - mieszamy
- Następnie dokładamy odcedzone wcześniej grzyby i mąkę.
- Całość ponownie mieszamy i przyprawiamy dodatkowo solą.
- Rozgrzewamy masło i smażymy placki na wolnym ogniu na rumiano z obu stron
- Przekładamy na talerz i podajemy najlepiej ciepłe.
